Hello everyone, I apologize I have not blogged since I've arrived in Dominica. I will now update as to everything that has happened since I've been here in the next several posts.
Ok so Mommy and I left Tampa Sunday morning May, 3rd and arrived in Puerto Rico that night. We stayed the night in a hotel near the airport then left for Dominica then next morning. We didn't get to Dominica until about 5pm that evening. They made housing available in RUH for that night and the next morning we went on a housing tour to find the place where I would be living.
Mommy stayed with me for the rest of the week and left that Saturday. We spent the whole week getting me situated with all the administrative stuff for school and what not. We also attended some of the orientations at school.
So that was my first week in Dominica. That Saturday I went on a tour of the Island, not really, we just visited Trafalgar Falls and Scott's Head. Scott's head is a place where the Atlantic and the Caribbean Sea meet. There was a lot of climbing and wet slippery rocks. But it was fun still.
